Heavy investments in infrastructure to procure cutting-edge technology have always and will be the prime objective of Ramesh Textiles India Pvt Ltd. Our factory is equipped with the latest processing, finishing, stitching and packing machines. We have the advantage of having all these units in one campus stretched over an area of 525000 sq feet in the industrial area of Indore (M.P.)

ISO certify textile instrument and built-in quality assurance at all stages of manufacturing, guarantee complete consistency of product quality.

Our products as, " 100% cotton grey fabrics, dyed and printed made-ups like Bed linen, pillow covers, sheet sets, quilt and fitted sheets including accessories (woven and printed labels, sewing thread, buttons, elastic) produced by using material certified according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100”. Class 1.

• Our Weaving Unit is well equipped with Sulzer Loom, Auto Loom & Power loom of both narrow & wider width. We have Suzler Looms imported from Switzerland and Auto Loom of Indian made. 
   

• Dyeing and Raising Unit: The company is fortunate enough to have all kinds of Bleaching, Dyeing and Raising machines. Ramesh Textiles India Pvt. Ltd. has acquitted expertise in the processing and finishing of its products with raising/brushing machines imported from China and UK.
   

• Printing Machine : The Company have Ten colours Screen Printing machine ”LAXMI ROTARY” printing machines of Indian made and its maximum width 72” and we print Pigment, Disperse and Reactive in ten colours. We have a loop machine Indian made “ TEXFAB”

• Stitching Unit: Ramesh Textiles India Pvt. Ltd. can be easily distinguished with regard to capability with a comprehensive setup of almost 300 machines of various kinds. Which has support of switch track systems, a modern solution to ensure a clean environment in stitching.
   

• Packaging : Goods are packed as per requirements of international packing standards.
